Program for the Summer 2005 Western Governors University Commencement. The U.S. Secretary of Education, the Honorable Rod Paige gave the Commencement Address. The Honorable Rod Paige also received a Doctor of Humane Letters, Honoris Causa. Randy McHugh, Carolyn Kassos, Carol Williams, Steven Zollinger, and Kyle Ann Crawford were Student Speakers. This commencement was held at theRose Wagner Theater in Salt Lake City, Utah.
